How to arrive By car
From West (Rome):motorway A24 Rome-L’Aquila and the A25 Torano-Pescara exit of Pratola Peligna, Bussi, Torre de’ Passeri, Alanno-Scafa, where one can procede towards the towns of the massif with the State Roads 17, 487, 614, 81, 84. From North (Bologna, Ancona) and from South-East (Bari): : motorway A14 till Pescara, and continue towards the inland with A25. The oriental side of Majella an be reached from exit Val di Sangro proceeding in direction of Casoli, otherwise from exit Pescara-Chieti proceeding towards Guardiagrele.. From South-West (Napoli): motorway A1 till Caianello and keep on going in the direction of Venafro-Roccaraso. By rail
Railway: Roma-Sulmona-PescaraLocal railway: Sulmona-Carpinone-Isernia By bus
Regular bus service: companies Arpa and Sangritana
connect the towns of the Park with Sulmona, Chieti, Pescara,
Lanciano and Guardiagrele.
